Welcome to Inside Out Kids

On average, a parent will spend over 3,000 hours a year with their child – we only spend 40!  Who do you think has more influence over your child?  YOU DO!

 Each week, along with a bottom line, kids are reminded to:

·         Trust God no matter what.

·         Treat others the way they would want to be treated.

• Make the wise choice.

 We provide the jump off point for parents each Sunday, and the resources to take the bottom line into their weekly lives: because what happens at home is more important than what happens at church.

We believe there are every child needs:

1. To know there’s a really big God they can trust no matter what.

2. Someone who believes what they believe.

3. Another voice in their life that’s saying the same thing their parents are.

4. Nosey parents who make it their business to know where their kids are spiritually.

5. Uncommon sense to make wise choices.

Inside Out Kids is…

…where kids grow in wisdom, faith and friendship from the inside out.

 From the top of the tree house down to the hollow tree, children are engaged in a variety of experiences that teach them how precious they are to God and how much He loves them. Each month, we explore a new virtue, through creative storytelling, worship and small group activities to learn how to share God’s love with others. 

…where kids take their parents to church.

 Come meet our treehouse clubhouse characters throughout the year. Their visit always turns things INSIDE OUT! Kids and parents meet in the IOK Theatre for a great time of music, drama and storytelling that is meaningful and fun for the whole family.  And don’t miss the free pizza at 5:30.

 As the Treehouse transitions from quarterly to monthly, watch for dates throughout the year.

Partnering with Families

Inside Out Kids provides free tools to equip parents to reinforce the Bible stories and virtues their kids are learning at church, at home. These resources include: 

 GodTime Cards: for kids

This weekly card contains 4 short devotions. These help kids establish a lifelong habit of spending regular time with God.

 Parent Cue:  for parentS

This weekly refrigerator door card outlines the virtue and its definition, a monthly memory verse, the bottom line, a question to prompt discussion.

 CUE Box and Studio252.tv:  for families

Monthly CUE Boxes provide fun, interactive opportunities for parents and kids to grow in their faith together. From Bible story posters, a dvd, with Studio252 show and Virtue Music video, to placemat conversation starters (and much more).
